    The aluminum alloy ball head is a kind of cue connecting piece, and its manufacturing process includes cold extrusion forming and forging forming.     Working principle of hydraulic cold extrusion press:
    1. Material preparation: Prepare the aluminum alloy material to be extruded and cut it into an appropriate length.
    2. Install the mold: Install the ball extrusion mold on the workbench of the hydraulic press, and make sure the mold is in a cold state.
    3. Adjust parameters: According to the diameter and shape requirements of the ball head, set the parameters such as pressure, speed and time of the 200-ton aluminum alloy ball head forming hydraulic press (cold extrusion molding). Optimize and adjust according to the actual situation to achieve the expected extrusion effect.
    4. Extrusion process: Start the hydraulic cold extrusion press for aluminum alloy ball head, the hydraulic system provides enough pressure to apply to the aluminum alloy material, causing it to undergo plastic deformation in the mold to form a spherical head. The extrusion process usually needs to be carried out at room temperature.

    2. To change the mold, use floating guide rails and rolling brackets to move the workbench in various forms.
    3. The heating and cooling devices of the hydraulic system and various types of lower cylinders of the hydraulic press are optional.
