    Date:2022-12-17

The hydraulic jack column uses the pressure of the engine lubricating oil to adjust its own length, and minimizes the valve clearance caused by factors such as thermal expansion and wear in the compensation valve transmission mechanism. Good airtightness ensures the smooth operation of the engine. The hydraulic tappet is in contact with the camshaft at all times, running without clearance, and hydraulic force is used inside the tappet to achieve the effect of clearance adjustment.

Why do four-column hydraulic press machines have ejector cylinders? If you observe carefully, you will find that most four-column hydraulic press machines have ejector cylinders. So, why do four-column hydraulic press machines have ejector cylinders? This is because many times our processed products need a part to eject the product from the mold, and at this time, an ejector cylinder needs to be installed.
The function of the ejector cylinder is very simple. Generally speaking, it is used for demoulding, and it lifts the workpiece from the die. However, the price of the four-column hydraulic press machine installed with the ejector cylinder is more expensive than the ordinary four-column hydraulic press. Because the oil cylinder is a relatively important part of the four-column hydraulic press, the cost of adding an oil cylinder is very high.
How does the ejector cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press machine work? The first step in the working process of the ejector cylinder is the ejection of the workpiece. The specific realization is that when the main cylinder stops moving in the return stroke, press the ejector button, and the corresponding 3 electromagnets are energized, 2 of the cartridge valves are opened, and 2 The hydraulic oil enters the lower chamber of the ejection cylinder through the valve cartridge, and the oil in the upper chamber flows back to the oil tank through the valve, and the workpiece is ejected. The second step is to return the ejection cylinder. Press the return button first, the electromagnet will be de-energized, the other electromagnets will be energized, the cartridge valve will be opened, the hydraulic oil will enter the upper chamber of the ejection cylinder through the valve, and the oil in the lower chamber will pass through. The valve flows back to the fuel tank, and the ejector cylinder returns. When these steps are completed, the next step is started, and then a circulatory system is formed to maintain the continuous movement of the four-column hydraulic press machine.
